Who is Swanski's Bakeshop?

Our Story

Swanski’s Bakeshop is the two of us, and every cookie, bar, and delicious goodie we make starts in our little commercial kitchen in Worcester County, Massachusetts. 

Working for other people always put a cloud over our rainbow, so in the middle of the pandemic we said, “Let’s do this!” We bake the way we would for our own family and friends, and we made sure our gluten-free and vegan friends were never left out of the goodie table either.

Nearly six years later, we’re still at it, one batch at a time. You’ll find us at markets, festivals, and community events, because we love getting to know the people we bake for. Every small batch is made by hand with the utmost care, so we can share that feeling of infinite nostalgia with you.
